Say Hello

We love hearing from readers. Questions about an article, a story idea, a correction or simply a note to say a guide helped: all of it lands in one shared inbox that the whole team reads.

The address is team@motherearthcoffeeandgifts.com. You can also use the form on this page. It does not send anything by itself; it opens your own email program with your message already filled in, so you can check it before pressing send.

Messages that brighten our inbox

  • Corrections. Spotted a step that no longer works, a setting that has moved or a detail that is simply wrong? Tell us which article and what you noticed. Our process is on When We Get It Wrong.
  • Questions. If a guide left you stuck halfway, that is useful feedback. Often it means a missing line we should add.
  • Story ideas. A tool you would like explained, a trip you are planning, a gift problem you cannot crack. Many of our articles started this way.
  • Mail for a particular writer. Mention Isadora, Leopold, Zelda or Briony in the first line and it will reach the right desk.

What we cannot help with

We are a magazine, not a shop or a service provider, so some requests fall outside what we can do:

  • We do not sell products, take orders or handle deliveries, so we cannot help with a purchase made elsewhere.
  • We cannot troubleshoot a specific subscription, account or device on your behalf; the company that provides it is the right place to ask.
  • We cannot give personal legal, medical or financial advice. For those questions, please speak to a qualified professional.
  • We will never ask for passwords, payment details or account logins. If anyone claiming to be us does, please ignore it.

How replies work

We are a small team, so replies can take a few days, a little longer when we are travelling or in the middle of a big update. Corrections get looked at first. We may not be able to answer every message individually, but every one is read, and good ideas are noted for future articles.

If you would like your question to appear in a future piece, say so; otherwise we keep correspondence private. How we handle the details in your email is explained on Your Privacy.

Before you write

It is worth a quick look through our sections first, as the answer may already be there. Our Guides & Tips section covers many practical questions, and our Printable Checklists gather the most useful lists from recent articles in one place.

Pressing the button opens your own email program with this message filled in. The site itself sends and keeps nothing.

Handy details to include

None of these are required, but each one saves a round of back-and-forth.

  • The headline or link of the piece you mean
  • The step, sentence or table row in question
  • Which device, app or country you are writing about
  • What you expected and what actually happened
  • Whether we may mention your question in a future piece

Worth knowing

We write guides; we do not sell anything

This is a magazine, so there are no orders to track and no accounts to fix. Questions about a purchase or subscription belong with the company that provided it.

What we can do is explain how something works, add a missing step to a guide and correct anything we got wrong. We will never ask you for a password or payment details.
